Mercurey

This parcel, located near La Framboisière, is characterised by hard soils dotted with small rocks which have given their name to this climate. Exclusively owned by our estate since 1933, it faces south-east. The rock outcrops on this terroir reveal the clay-limestone soil across 5 hectares.

TASTING

The bouquet displays an array of seductive aromas, ranging from white flowers to spices. Initially pleasantly fresh on the palate, it gradually develops into a fuller, smoother wine, reflecting its oak maturation. Flavours combine harmoniously to produce a subtle, well-balanced wine.
