According to Jérôme Flous, our Wine & Vineyards Director, this is one of the most renowned whites of the Côte chalonnaise, an emblematic appellation. Our 5.65 ha flourish on limestone and marly soil containing little iron, contributing to its distinctive mineral aromas.

TASTING
Aromas of ripe fruit and minerals such as flint emerge on the nose, creating a fresh, pleasant bouquet. Extremely pleasant on the palate, it is both elegant and fleshy, leading to a fresh, slightly acidulous finish.
