Premier Cru
Just at the edge of the Mâconnais, Montagny is the southernmost village on the Côte chalonnaise. Planted in 1995, our east-facing 0.19 ha parcel rests on pebbly clay-limestone soil interspersed with calcified oyster shells. This slightly sloping climate, known as ‘Las’ in Latin for 'slope', produces a wine bursting with rich aromas balanced by a harmonious freshness. Cask ageing, in the style of the Côte de Beaune villages, further enriches its complexity.

The pale yellow colour enhanced by golden glints reveals a fresh nose where flowers and dried fruit intermingle. Supple, plump and lively, the wine delivers a subtle aromatic persistence offering both freshness and unctuousness.
